  随着生物医学纳米材料和技术的发展,某些纳米颗粒已经被用做疾病诊断和治疗的制剂或药物,这些颗粒制剂或药物的发展依赖于纳米颗粒独特的物理、化学和生物特性,还依赖于纳米颗粒与生物分子、细胞及其微环境的相互作用以及在体内的独特药代动力学行为。
