本研究选取黑龙江省通河地区的东北林蛙为研究对象,通过逐步降低其环境温度的处理,设25℃组为对照组,4℃组、0℃组、-1℃组和-2℃组为低温处理组,采用葡萄糖氧化酶-过氧化物酶法、蒽酮比色定糖法、2-Dnative-PAGE/SDS-PAGE 同工酶电泳法。

MyD88 基因用上游引物GCCCAAAGAACCATTAGA 和下游引物AGACAGTTTCCCAGCATC 进行PCR 扩增,30cycles,得到全长基因116bp.测序结果TTGGGTACTG……AACTGTCTCG(116bp),首次在东北林蛙中得到Myd88 基因序列.
