　　With the development of electronic commerce and the rise of mobile social,micro business came into being.The emergence of micro business is inevitable.Because of its low cost,it is easy to operate to get the favor of entrepreneurs.On the basis of comparing the advantages and disadvantages of micro business,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of micro business,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
