财源建设是财政的发展之基,是新形势下一座城市财政发展的重点和核心任务。本文以成都市为例,提出成都市财政发展应紧紧围绕成都市委、市政府确定的“领先发展、科学发展、又好又快发展,奋力打造西部核心增长极”的战略定位,坚持“双核共兴、三产联动、圈层融合”的全域成都发展思路,为实施“五大兴市”战略提供有力的保障。
The construction of financial resources is the basis for the development of finance and is the key and core task for the development of urban finance in the new situation. Taking Chengdu as an example, this paper proposes that the financial development in Chengdu should focus on the strategic positioning of “leading development, scientific development, sound and rapid development, struggling to build the core of western growth” committed by Chengdu Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government, insisting “Dual-core-Xing, the three-generation linkage, the integration of the circle ” Chengdu in the development of ideas for the implementation of “five big city” strategy to provide a strong guarantee.
