耐火纤维材料——作为现代窑炉的节能材料,已被广为应用。就材性而言,普通硅酸铝纤维是一种处于介稳状态的非晶质材料。它在高温、长期使用过程中,必然会析晶、“退化”;选用Al_2O_3/SiO_2高R_2O等杂质含量少、物性稳定的材料,并杜绝“超温度负荷”使用,才能避免其早期破坏,取得理想的节能效果。生产厂标示的“最高使用温度”,不能理解为其“允许的长期、稳定使用温度”。对不同作业方式的窑炉,应选择合理的使用部位与厚度;在窑炉结构允许的条件下,采用复合型隔热材料,其效果会更好。
