Chinese higher education has turned elite education into the stage of popular education. The issues of the increase of the student population, the complication of students thoughts and the diversification of campus culture have brought new challenges and demands to the development and management of Chinese higher education. Driven by the external environment and internal demands, the problems of the specialization of college student affairs in China has put on the agenda gradually, and the specialization of college student affairs is the inevitable trend and path selection of our university management. Therefore the specialization of college student affairs has developed rapidly, not only in practice but also in theory research. This paper analyzes the literature about specialization of college student affairs research in the CNKI database. Through the research content analysis and building evaluation index, we evaluate and reflect the study of Chinas college student affairs specialization and try to find the production, change theoretical framework and knowledge system, and provide useful advice and ideas for the future research.
