Anodic TiO2 nanotube(TONT)arrays have attracted growing interest due to their unique morphology and physicochemical properties,and they could be good candidate for water-splitting materials.However,the photoelectrochemical(PCE)performance suffers from the surface disorder resulting from extended anodization and the weak adhesion of TONTs to the underlying Ti substrate.
