Professional ethics are the norms of conduct of people who are engaged in certain occupations during the process of their particular work or labor,which possess with them distinguishing features of specific occupations or business activities.Financial personnel are engaged in a special occupation,their particular professional characteristics determine the special significance of their professional ethics,This paper,by using Cost Benefit Analysis Method,makes some analysis of some issues of professional ethics of financial personnel.
