Objective To analyze the effect of Argon-Helium Cryosurgery ( AHC ) on the differentiation of regulatory CD4+ CD25 + T cell(Treg) and its implication in patients with hepatocellular careinoma(HCC).Methods Peripheral venous blood samples were obtained from 20 patients with HCC befure and 1 month after AHC.Treg cells and T lymphocyte subsets in the peripheral blood were measured by flow cytometry.
