Objective To explore the main risk factors of pulmonary infection after D2 radical gastrectomy of gastric cancer.Methods Data of 371 patients accepted D2 radical operation in our hospital were selected from Oct,2014 to Oct,2016.They were divided into pulmonary infection group(38 cases)and control group(333 cases)based on whether had got pulmonary infection.The clinical pathological data of two groups was analysed by Logistic regression analysis.
