目的：评价甲状旁腺切除术对于继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的临床疗效。方法：对2012年3月至2016年7月期间在我院接受甲状旁腺切除术的105例维持性血液透析合并继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，对比手术前后的甲状旁腺激素iPTH值，以及血钙(Ca)、血磷(P)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)，并评价患者手术前后的生活质量。
