China is facing water shortage and water pollution problems, which are restrict factors for sustainable development. Reuse of reclaimed wastewater is a right strategy for saving water shortage and water pollution problems. Some critical problems are discussed for right planning and design of water reuse system, including: To set right environmental standards including discharge standards, To select good sewer systems and decide right scales, To use source separate systems, To develop and use advanced wastewater treatment process and technologies, and To use rain water in different ways.
