现行抗震设计规范对框架-砌体混合结构要求采用多种抗震措施,并有较严格的规定和限制。但目前中小学校舍仍有不少90年建造的建筑仍为框架-砌体结构。对这类建筑的抗震鉴定和分析,目前还没有成熟的经验。本文对某框架和砌体相连的混合结构进行了地震作用分析,对抗震性能及抗震承载力情况进行了评价,并根据分析评价结果进行了抗震加固改造设计。
The current seismic design code requires a variety of seismic measures for the frame-masonry hybrid structure with more stringent rules and restrictions. However, there are still quite a few 90-year-old buildings in primary and secondary school buildings which are still frame-masonry structures. Seismic identification and analysis of such buildings, there is no mature experience. In this paper, the seismic action analysis of the hybrid structure connected to a frame and the masonry is carried out. The seismic performance and the bearing capacity are evaluated. According to the analysis and evaluation results, the seismic retrofit design is carried out.
