翅片管换热器内制冷剂质量测试及空泡系数模型验证

本文采用快速关阀法对Φ7管窗片和波纹片换热器在不同冷凝和蒸发工况下的R410A制冷剂质量变化特性进行了实验研究,并验证了常用的7种空泡系数模型对换热器内制冷剂质量预测的适用性.实验研究结果表明,换热器用作冷凝器时,制冷剂质量随着冷凝温度的升高先降低后增加,随着过冷度的增加几乎呈线性增加的趋势,而基本不随换热器迎面风速的变化而变化;换热器用作蒸发器时,制冷剂质量随着蒸发温度的增加是明显增加的,受换热器迎面风速的影响也较小.制冷剂质量测试结果与换热器仿真计算结果的对比表明对于冷凝器宜选用Hughmark空泡系数模型,对于蒸发器宜选用Premoli空泡系数模型.
