对于断板率较高的水泥混凝土路面,目前常采用冲压技术使原路面破裂稳固后加铺沥青结构层进行改造,但目前对路面板破裂尺寸大小国内外取值相差较大,且缺乏相应的理论依据。本文采用三维有限元法计算分析了水泥混凝土路面板破裂尺寸与沥青加铺层的荷载应力、温度应力、耦合应力及基层顶面压应力之间的关系。结果表明,路面板破裂尺寸对沥青加铺层的温度应力及耦合应力的影响远大于对荷载应力的影响,且随着破裂尺寸的减小,沥青加铺

对于断板率较高的水泥混凝土路面,目前常采用冲压技术使原路面破裂稳固后加铺沥青结构层进行改造,但目前对路面板破裂尺寸大小国内外取值相差较大,且缺乏相应的理论依据。本文采用三维有限元法计算分析了水泥混凝土路面板破裂尺寸与沥青加铺层的荷载应力、温度应力、耦合应力及基层顶面压应力之间的关系。结果表明,路面板破裂尺寸对沥青加铺层的温度应力及耦合应力的影响远大于对荷载应力的影响,且随着破裂尺寸的减小,沥青加铺层的温度应力及耦合应力迅速降低,接缝或裂缝处应力集中现象明显减弱,但基层顶面的压应力却随破裂尺寸的减小而增大。综合考虑,路面板的破裂尺寸在80~100cm范围内较为合理。
