目的通过比较4℃和6℃虹吸法制备冷沉淀的质量分析选择合适的制备冷沉淀。方法方法随机抽查4℃虹吸法制备的42袋冷沉淀和6℃虹吸法制备的108袋冷沉淀,检测其FⅧ、Fg的含量及容量。结果4℃和6℃虹吸法制备的冷沉淀FⅧ含量(IU/袋)分别为316.29±70.96,162.57±59.4,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);合格率分别为87.96%,100%,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Fg的含量(mg/袋)分别为206.57±39.45,198.68±37.48,P>0.05;合格率分别为92.59%,100%,P>0.05。容量(ml)分别为26.26±2.15,26.82±2.27,P>0.05;合格率均为100%。
OBJECTIVE To compare the quality of cryoprecipitate prepared by siphon method at 4 ℃ and 6 ℃, a suitable preparation of cryoprecipitate was selected. Methods Forty-eight bags of cryoprecipitate prepared by siphon method at 4 ℃ and 108 bags of cryoprecipitate prepared by 6 ℃ siphon method were randomly selected to test the contents and capacities of FⅧ and Fg. Results The contents of FⅧ (IU / bag) in cryoprecipitate prepared by siphon method at 4 ℃ and 6 ℃ were 316.29 ± 70.96 and 162.57 ± 59.4, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.01). The pass rates were 87.96%, 100% The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Fg content (mg / bag) were 206.57 ± 39.45,198.68 ± 37.48, P> 0.05; pass rates were 92.59%, 100%, P> 0.05. Capacity (ml) were 26.26 ± 2.15,26.82 ± 2.27, P> 0.05; pass rate were 100%.
