Diversification is a focus issue in strategy management, but the problem of its risk exposure and measurement has not been completely solved.For first question, previous study presented a series of conflict results, and for second question, it has not a convincing research.In view of this, the paper divides risk of diversification into two parts.exogenous risk and endogenous risk, and analyzes the risk portfolio and the limit of diversification from integration perspective.In addition, the paper proposes the concept of risk exposure side which sheds a new light on further understanding the risk of business portfolio.The paper emphasizes that to measure the risk of diversification one must take into account endogenous and exogenous risk, risk exposure side and organization complexity together.
