Fructooligosaccharides(FOS),as a class of effective prebiotic,has been currently added in foods.Thus,the quantitative analysis of the FOS content is very important for the quality control of those foods.In this study,inulooligosaccharides(IOS) were purified and identified for the purpose of producing F3,F4 and F5 oligomer standards.
