为了研究特高频和超声波检测方法对GIS中各种典型故障模型局部放电测量的灵敏度,在实验室建立了一套以实际220kVGIS为主体的GIS局部放电检测试验平台.在腔体中放置绝缘子表面固定金属颗粒,绝缘子表面自由金属颗粒,高压电极故障,GIS外壳尖刺故障,高压电极接触不良5种故障模型.通过在每种模型下两种检测手段的放电起始电压和PRPD (Phase Resolved Partial Discharge)谱图,比较特高频和超声波检测方法对GIS中各种故障模型的检测灵敏度和特点.试验结果表明:1)与超声波法相比,特高频法对所研究的5种故障模型均具有较高的灵敏度.2)超声波法仅对某些故障较为灵敏.
