Low epidermal growth factor receptor (erythroblastic leukemia viral (v-erb-b)oncogene homolog, avian) (EGFR_1) feedback-interactive knowledge network was selected secretogranin V (7B2 protein) (SCG5), phosphatidic acid phosphatase type 2C (PPAP2C), neuroendocrine differentiation, etc.;Low EGFR_1 activated-upstream knowledge network was selected claudin 3 (CLDN3_1), platelet-activating factor acetylhydrolase isoform Ib gamma subunit 29kDa (PAFAH1B3), neuroendocrine differentiation, etc.;Low EGFR_1 activating-downstream knowledge network was selected sphingomyelin phosphodiesterase acid-like 3B (SMPDL3B), syndecan 1 (SDC1), neuroendocrine differentiation, etc.by integration of GRNInfer with GO, KEGG, GenMAPP, BioCarta databases from mutual positive correlation of the overlapping between low EGFR_1 direct activatory relationship by GRNInfer and Pearson correlation coefficient CC ≥0.25 in human adjacent non-lung adenocarcinoma tissues (GSE7670 of Taiwan samples), respectively.
