通过对国内煤炭企业高管薪酬管理现状进行分析,提取高管薪酬管控的核心要素,综合运行计算机技术、数据库技术、网络技术,实现对高管薪酬核心要素的标准化管理,最终实现以薪酬管控体系为依托,以管控软件为辅助工具,完成高管薪酬标准的制定、日常业绩考核、奖金明细审批、薪资集中发放的全闭合管理。
