在实际使用中,由于油液污染较严重,轴向柱塞泵因主要摩擦副的磨损,特别是柱塞与缸孔的磨损是常见的。即使在实验室试验和型式试验中,柱塞与缸孔的磨损也不能避免。因此有必要研究柱塞与缸孔这对重要摩擦副的磨损过程及其对泵性能的影响。
In actual use, due to the more serious oil pollution, axial piston pump friction due to the main pair of wear, especially the plunger and cylinder bore wear is common. Even in laboratory tests and type tests, plunger and cylinder bore wear can not be avoided. Therefore, it is necessary to study the wear process of plunger pair and cylinder bore pair on important friction pair and its influence on pump performance.
