In recent years, the higher education undertakings in China has attained a sustainable development, and the information-based teaching management at the higher learning schools has become one of the important contents to construct the digital campuses, and also has received the increasingly more attentions from social communities.The teaching management occupies a center position in the management system of a higher learning school, and its information-based development will exert a direction influence on the educational quality and efficiency of the higher education as well.Therefore, how to positively adapt to the development of the information era for the higher learning schools is an important subject that Chinas higher education is being confronted with at the present time.In this paper, the author introduces the influences of the information technology on the higher education, analyzes the information technology teaching principles of the higher learning schools, and finally puts forward the suggestions to construct the information technology teaching models of the higher learning schools.
