Ba_xSr_(1-x)TiO_3是一种新型的人工合成材料,具有很高的介电常数,其典型值可达数千,用常规方法测量其介电常数误差很大。介绍了一种利用介质谐振器模型来测定其介电常数和损耗角的方法,并用有限元法对其进行了分析。测量结果与文献报道的结果基本一致。
Ba_xSr_ (1-x) TiO_3 is a new type of synthetic material with a high dielectric constant. Its typical value can reach several thousands, and its dielectric constant is greatly measured by conventional methods. A method for determining dielectric constant and loss angle by using dielectric resonator model is introduced and analyzed by finite element method. The measurement results are consistent with those reported in the literature.
