底渣的排放控制和冷却是目前困扰循环流化床(circulating fluidized bed,CFB)电厂的突出问题,直接影响到整个机组的安全稳定运行。开发了出力分别为30和37t/h的大容量流化床式冷渣器,介绍了所开发冷渣器的主要结构特点,并重点对其运行性能进行了研究。该文研究成果为600 MW超临界CFB锅炉配套冷渣器的研制和依托工程示范应用奠定了基础。
Emission control and cooling of the bottom slag are the outstanding problems currently plaguing the circulating fluidized bed (CFB) power plant, which directly affects the safe and stable operation of the entire unit. A large-capacity fluidized bed type slag cooler with output of 30 and 37 t / h respectively was developed. The main structural features of the slag cooler developed were introduced, and the operation performance of the slag cooler was studied emphatically. The research results laid the foundation for the development of 600 MW supercritical CFB boiler slag cooler and relying on demonstration projects.
