Myosins are dominant structural component of skeletal muscles.We hypothesize that expression of these proteins may be regulated by miRNAs and thereby regulating the differential processes of skeletal muscle.Using the 3UTR of myosin genes as target sequences, we predicted and screened all miRNA candidates of myosin genes.Two miRNAs capable of down regulating myhexpression, including miRNA23a and miRNA199 have been identified.
