【摘 要】
：
煤炭资源型城市是以煤炭资源为基础而建设起来的。在煤炭的开发过程中，煤炭资源一方面给城市带来了经济的繁荣，另一方面也给城市带来了生态破坏、地面沉降等地质灾害。这些资源型城市及早转型是这些城市可持续发展的必由之路。本文以蔚县这个煤炭型资源城市为例，浅谈了资源型城市转型的发展思路及发展措施。
