Based on the concept of education oriented to application fields, the cultivation goal and the cultivation ways are exploited, and the requirements for students to build up the capabilities to apply knowledge are discussed.The educational actuation and the reform of College Physics Course are investigated under such a condition, including the course content, teaching method, curricula and examination designs.
