Hydrometallurgical residue is an important source of main environmental pollutants.Reduce, reuse and recycle of the hydrometallurgical residue is an effective way to meet the demand of environmental protection for non-ferrous industry.Using the orthogonal array with L16(45) form, four factors for the brine leaching process, including concentration of NaCl (150~300 g/L), H2SO4 concentration (0.25~1.00 mol/L), temperature (25~85 ℃) and ratio of liquid to solid (2∶1~10∶1), were optimized in the lab-scale experiments.Statistical analysis and variance analysis (ANOVA) were also applied to determine the effect of the factors for metal extraction efficiency.
