This paper mainly discusses the technology and practice of tool replacement, cutting and welding under high pressure in the shield machine.It includes preparation before construction operation, test analysis of cutting and welding under high pressure,hazard analysis and protection measures of construction when working under high pressure.The technology and practice discussed in this paper can be taken as technical reference for high pressure maintenance in the shield machine and can be used in similar high pressure construction operations.
