In the space industry, rockets and satellites are currently being designed for improved performance [1][2].One problem with these designs is the drag loaded on the structures during the launching of a rocket.The performance of rockets can be improved by reducing the drag loaded on the rocket structure.The drag depends on the fairing shape located at the rocket tip [3].In the literature, these rockets are identified as the disposable type.After the rockets are launched, these structures (rockets, satellites, etc.) are abandoned in space.In the year 2012, Japan is focusing on the development of reusable rockets in order to reduce the space project cost associated with manufacturing new rockets.
