The gas-dynamic method of diamond structures deposition described in Refs.[1,2] is based on the activation of a mixture of hydrogen with methane on hot tungsten surfaces.The joint supply of gases has essential drawback of the tungsten wire carburization.It leads to the degradation of the catalytic activity and mechanical durability of wire activator.
