Background Postoperative pain is the main reason of the prolonging hospitalization and the dominating complaint.The traditional use of opioids and NSAIDs for postoperative analgesia causes a series of side effects such as nausea,vomiting,sedation,gastrointestinal bleeding and so on.In recent years,numerous articles have reported that preoperative use of gabapentin or pregabalin alleviates postoperative pain effectively.However,the dose of pregabalin used in clinical is not uniform.Our aim is to probe the impact of preoperative single dose of pregabalin on postoperative pain.
