目的探讨解决我国乳糖不耐受儿童的饮奶问题。方法在北京市郊募集10~11岁小学生106名,经筛查后选择乳糖不耐受小学生68例,采用交叉实验设计,应用呼气氢法研究了乳糖不耐受小学生饮用乳糖酶发酵型低乳糖牛奶、调配型低乳糖牛奶、酸牛奶后以及在随餐饮用普通牛奶时乳糖不耐受的发生情况。结果经症状调查和口服25 g 乳糖后3 h 呼气氢的检查结果,儿童中乳糖不耐受的发生率为80.2%;饮用250 ml 普通牛奶、经乳糖酶发酵型低乳糖牛奶、调配型低乳糖牛奶、酸牛奶及随餐饮奶250 ml 后,儿童的乳糖不耐受发生率分别为21.1%(12/57)、0.0%(0/25)、6.1%(2/33)、8.6%(3/35)和13.6%(3/22)。结论饮用低乳糖牛奶和酸牛奶可有效降低儿童乳糖不耐受的发生。
Objective To discuss the problem of drinking milk in children who are intolerant to lactose in our country. Methods A total of 106 pupils aged from 10 to 11 were enrolled in the suburbs of Beijing. Sixty-eight lactopulluted children were enrolled in the study. The crossover design was used to study the effect of lactation-induced hypothermia Milk, formulated low-lactose milk, yogurt, and lactose intolerance with regular milk for meals. Results The results showed that the incidence of lactose intolerance was 80.2% in children after oral administration of 25 g lactose and 3 h after expiration, and 250 ml normal milk was used for lactase fermentative low lactose milk. The incidences of lactose intolerance in children with lactose, yogurt and 250 ml of milk were 21.1% (12/57), 0.0% (0/25), 6.1% (2/33), 8.6% (3) / 35) and 13.6% (3/22). Conclusion Low lactose milk and yoghurt can effectively reduce the incidence of lactose intolerance in children.
