本文介绍无气体保护磁驱动旋弧焊工艺。提出在旋弧加热末期施加短时大电流,能减少氧化,驱除氧化物,得到优质焊接接头。在研究电弧旋转速度的基础上,研制出分立磁极式激磁线圈。并对焊接热过程作了测试和分析计算,提出保证焊接质量所需的温度场分布以及电弧输入比热流与时间的关系表达式,从而寻找到一套简便的焊接规范计算程序。
This article describes gas-free magnetic drive arc-arc welding process. It is proposed to apply a short-time high current at the end of the arc-arc heating to reduce the oxidation and expel the oxides and obtain a good quality welded joint. Based on the study of the arc rotation speed, a separate magnetic pole excitation coil was developed. The welding heat process was tested and analyzed. The temperature field distribution and the relation between specific heat flux and time of arc input were put forward. A simple procedure of welding specification calculation was found.
