2013年,全中国铝挤压型材超过1200万吨,其中有近1000万吨需要表面处理.按每吨450m2计算,去年一年铝挤压型材的表面处理量超过了45亿m2.这其中有65％左右采用粉末喷涂,10-15％采用电泳涂装,10-20％采用氧化封孔工艺,还有百分之几,采用氟碳喷涂.
