  绞股蓝为多年生草质藤木,号称“南方人参”,民间称其为神奇的“不老长寿药草”。有研究表明绞股蓝具有降血脂、调血压防治血栓、提高免疫力、调节人体生理机能等多种功效[1]。绞股蓝有效成分包括绞股蓝皂苷、绞股蓝多糖、水溶性氨基酸、黄酮类等,其中绞股蓝皂苷是最主要的药理学成分[2]。
