为了进行斜跨钢拱桥索梁锚固区主梁腹板内侧加劲肋的优选,以张家口某斜跨拱桥为研究对象,通过比选确定正确的计算单元和合理的计算梁段长度,采用有限元分析软件Ansys对锚箱式索梁锚固结构进行研究,并全面分析构造细节如加劲肋形式对锚固区各方面的影响。经分析得到腹板内侧焊接对应于锚固板和承压板的斜向加劲肋时,螺栓容易布置;焊接竖向加劲肋时,施工方便,二者都能满足分散应力的要求。
In order to optimize the stiffener inside the girder web of the girder anchorage zone with oblique span, the paper takes a diagonal span arch bridge of Zhangjiakou as the research object and determines the correct calculation unit and the reasonable length of the beam section by comparison and selection. By finite element analysis Software Ansys studies anchor box girder anchoring structures and provides a comprehensive analysis of the effects of structural details such as stiffener forms on various aspects of the anchorage zone. The bolt is easy to be arranged when the inner side of the web is welded with the oblique stiffener corresponding to the anchor plate and the pressure-bearing plate. When the vertical stiffener is welded, the construction is convenient, and both of them can meet the requirements of dispersion stress.
