引言行政听证制度的研究在行政法学界正掀起一股热流。但是,当前国内外对于行政听证制度的研究主要集中在行政听证制度的构建、听证的主要内容、出现的问题和解决对策方面。本文正是在此大背景下,将行政听证制度与政府公信力结合起来,在有利于完善行政听证制度、深化对听证制度的研究的同时,探求提升政府公信力的另一途径。一、行政听证和政府公信力概述(一)行政听证概述1.行政听证的概念解读
