The foreign exchange reserves which we get and own at expense of our environment resources in our country is swallowed and corroded because of the United States dollars devalued continuously.The looser monetary policy and the increasing debts in the United States produce a raising and increasing pressure and tension on the U.S.treasury securities we have hold.The contradiction and conflict how to scientifically allocate and optimize our foreign exchange reserves based on principles of safe,flow-ability and appreciation is more obvious and apparent.The paper analyzes the interest between the United States and China,and tries to discuss on how our foreign exchange reserves to draw on advantages and avoid disadvantages in current situation and its development strategies and countermeasures.
