This paper studied the hot pressing technology ofblockboard bonded bysoy-based formaldehyde-free adhensive.Setting up orthogonal test on three factors of hot pressing temperature,hot pressing pressure and adhensive amount,the technical parameters which effect the mechanical properties and hydrolytic resistance were analysized by testing the transverse MOR and impregnation stripping.The testresults show that with thickness of 11.5mm ofChinese fir core,thickness of2.6mm of eucalyptus veneer,8minuters of hot pressing time,the optimal parameters are 125 ℃ for hot pressing temperature,1.2Mpa for pressure,and 250g·m-2 for adhensive amount.Gluing process has the biggest effects on mechanical properties.
