Nystagmus is the rhythmic oscillation of one or both eyes about one or more axes.Multiple etiologies are responsible for nystagmus, including benign infantile nystagmus syndrome, sensory nystagmus and nystagmus secondary to intracranial pathology or drug toxicity.
