探讨中老年体检人群慢性病及共病患病分布特征及其影响因素.选取上海市某医院中老年体检者资料4394份.分析体检者慢性病及共病的患病情况,采用检验对性别、年龄、体质指数等慢性病影响因素进行分析,利用多分类Logistic回归进行慢性病共病影响因素分析.结果表明，中老年居民慢性病及共病患病率较高，年龄偏大及超重或肥胖可能增加慢性病及其共病患病风险，应加强慢性病研究及慢病管理，并根据慢性病患病特点进行干预
