Seaching career is one of the most important subjects that every student faces.It is also a big question which those students notices.This research included 190 questionaires is concerned universities from first to fourth grade in different majors in Tianjin.177 questionnaires are received.The purpose of this research is to understand the mental of students in university when choosing a career and the attitude when counseled about their career so that we can find the problems in which university and students develop their career plan and give some suggestions.
