高海拔地区机场建设对特高压输电线路路径和塔高限制的研究

本文从航空无线电导航台(站)电磁环境、民航机场净空要求、目测和仪表飞行程序以及飞机起飞-发失效应急程序和-发失效复飞应急程序等方面,讨论机场建设对特高压线路的路径和塔高限制影响,结果表明:(1)航空无线电导航台(站)电磁环境要求,总体小于机场建设净空和飞行程序的要求。因此,建议特高压线路的路径选择时,特别在高海拔山区地带,首先考虑满足飞行程序,其次考虑满足机场净空要求,最后考虑满足电磁环境要求。(2)当特高压线路与现有障碍物邻近时,可以考虑遮蔽效应。(3)当特高压线路铁塔超高时,双回路改成两个单回路,建议进行飞行安全评估,采取必要的警示标志。
