在对20个粳稻恢复系进行条纹叶枯病抗性鉴定的基础上,选择感水稻条纹叶枯病的优良粳稻恢复系宁恢8号为母本,与抗条纹叶枯病的日本粳稻品种关东194杂交,以宁恢8号为轮回亲本进行回交,利用与条纹叶枯病抗性基因Stv-bi共分离的SCAR标记对回交后代进行辅助选择,将Stv-bi转育到优良恢复系宁恢8号中,培育抗条纹叶枯病的粳稻新恢复系。
Based on the identification of resistance to stripe virus in 20 japonica restorer lines, we selected the japonica rice restorer line Ninghui 8 which is susceptible to rice stripe disease as the female parent, and the japonica rice variety Kanto 194 backcrossed with Ninghui 8 as the reincarnated parent. The SCAR markers co-segregating with the stripe virus resistance gene Stv-bi were used to backcross the progeny of offspring, and the Stv-bi was transferred to the elite restorer line Ninghui 8, cultivating a new restorer line to japonica resistance to stripe virus.
