Background:Open cubital tunnel decompression is always the only way to treat cubital tunnel syndrome with ulnar nerve olisthe.This procedure always needs a insion of 15cm along the groove of the ulnar nerve.And patients need to be immobiled by plaster slab for at least 3 weeks.It takes a long time to recover and always has a lot of complications.Now we have a new method.
