This paper devoted to discretization of symmetry of Birkhoff system with irregular lattice.Firstly, based on the discrete Pfaff action under infinitesimal transformations, the Birkhoff function and the extremes equation are studied.Secondly, the determining equations and structure equation of Lie symmetry of Birkhoff system are obtained.
