Enterprises pay more attention to purchasing and using of direct production materials, but often overlooked category of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations) materials procurement and use.MRO, while not directly used for production, but in the process of normal operations of enterprises play an important role.MRO purchasing has become an important way to improve efficiency and reduce the cost of purchasing in industrial enterprises.This paper analyzes the characteristics of MRO procurement, and analysis of the current domestic MRO procurement models, on this basis,summed up the main problems for the domestic MRO procurement, concludes with a preliminary view of the current measures to address the problem.
