The hydrogen bonds reflects characteristic of drug in both aqueous and organic phase and help to determine the ability of drug to penetrate barrier and gain access to receptors.The bimolecular interaction,natures of molecule are highly influenced by hydrogen bonds present in pharmacophore and play a significant role in ADMET(Absorption,Distribution,Metabolism,Excretion and Toxicity) studies.
